Carpet cleaning....................... Minimum charge is $60 + tax
Our minimum charge covers 300 square feet. After the 300 sq ft it is 20 cents per sq ft.
We never charge extra for carpet colour or soiling. Nor do we charge for moving furniture.
Area rugs...............This price is dependant on a few factors. Synthetic is priced the same as wall to wall. Wool is priced at $1.00 a square foot. Only in extreme circumstances to we remove these rugs from your home.
Upholstry...........Synthetic........ Couch is $60 +Tax
Loveseat is $50 + tax
Chair is 40 + tax
Sectionals are between $150 and $200 + tax (depends on size)
Dining room chairs are $10 each
Cotton.............Couch is $75 + tax
Loveseat is $65 + tax
Chair is $55 + tax
Water flood retoration.................Minimum charge is $150. This charge include 1 hour of labour. After the 1 hour it is $100 per hour. The price for water flood restoration includes: water extraction, disinfectant/mildicide, deoderizer and 1 turbo fan for 3 days. If the area is carpeted there is an extra charge for cleaning. The cleaning charge is the same as regular cleaning. If we need to lift the carpet there is a $50 reinstall fee(which may be waived if lifted to install dryer). Any dryer over the one included in price is $30 per day.
